Dr. Ansgar Zerfass

Dr. Ansgar Zerfass is a member of the management board of MFG Baden-Wuerttemberg, the state’s centre of excellence for Information
Technology and Media in Stuttgart, Germany, and a honorary lecturer at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. He earned a university degree (Dipl.-Kfm.) and doctorate in business administration (Dr. rer. pol.) and holds a postdoctoral lecture qualification (Dr. habil.) in communication science. He is author and editor of 13 books and numerous articles on corporate communication and interactive communication and received several awards both for his academic work and his communication campaigns.

Swaran Sandhu is currently PhD student at the Department for Communication Science and Journalism at the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart and associate lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences, Stuttgart, Germany. Prior to his research he worked as Head of Innovation and Research Management at a state consultancy, focussing on IT and media strategy. He holds a Master's degree in Communication Science from the University of Hohenheim as well as a Master's degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University. His main research fields are strategic communication and innovation management, management sociology and information technology.
